Netizen Testing, a Malaysian based start-up, have launched an online usability testing service that uses a crowdsourced pool of web users to test new applications, user interfaces and functionality. This in itself is hardly a new idea, but where things get interesting is that the entire testing process is recorded for client feedback, including all on screen activity and spoken comments from the testers.
