Client Services Executive

The role is designed to increase Spotless’ new business development capabilities provide additional client services support. The initial focus would be pro-actively generate more sales leads and manage some incoming sales enquiries.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Pursuing leads through calls, emails and professional networking sites proactively
  • Improving Spotless Salesforce through adding companies and contacts
  • Helping the Head of Client Services prepare for New Business meetings and pitches
  • Creating simple proposals in Adobe InDesign
  • Dealing with some incoming news business enquires
  • Costing solutions in collaboration with the delivery team
  • Networking and gathering leads through marketing events

 

Skills and Characteristic Requirements

  • Self-starter and proactive approach
  • Shows a passion for sales and the thrill of the chase
  • Team player and not maverick
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Eager to learn and have a drive to progress and develop in UX and Service Design
