Client Services Executive

The role is designed to increase Spotless’ new business development capabilities and in the medium to long term provide additional client services support. The initial focus would be pro-actively generate more sales leads and manage some incoming sales enquiries. If Spotless can find the right candidate there is a clear progression path to an account management role. However the priority is to drive pipeline growth with good quality leads.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Outbound telephone and business calls
  • Improving Spotless Salesforce through adding companies and contacts
  • Helping the Head of Client Services prepare for New Business meetings and pitches
  • Creating simple proposals in InDesign
  • Dealing with some low level incoming new business enquiries
  • Costing solutions in collaboration with the delivery team
  • Networking and gathering leads through marketing events

  • Self-starter and proactive approach

  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to work a rapidly evolving environment
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Eager to learn and have a drive to progress and develop in UX
