Service Safari; was an interactive, hands-on workshop where participants learned ethnographic techniques used to understand people’s behaviour in order to find opportunities to solve problems and fulfil unmet needs.
Participants were briefed by methodology by Spotless before heading into the wild to capture observations using a number of tools including dscout and wearable cameras.
Participants returned to base camp to turn observations into actionable insight to help guide strategy and design.
